Must have experience with managing and developing degree granting (Associate level) programs in proprietary educational settings. A go-getter, hands-on, and a professional leader of people, who ensures high levels of student and faculty satisfaction and retention; compliance with academic policies and procedures; recruiting, training, retaining and developing outstanding faculty and staff; developing and implementing new educational degree programs; leading the effort of maintaining best-in-class academic regulatory compliance results at the state, accrediting commission and federal levels are all important areas that this person needs to be engaged in. Ideally looking for a current Dean with at least 7+ years of experience in that role for a school with over 600+ students currently and growing.
